If you item(s) are sealed, not opened & still in original packaging, a full refund is available.

HOW MANY DAYS TO RETURN?

We grant a 14 day returns policy.

 

Unfortunately, any orders returned past this date cannot be refunded.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

If you have received an incorrect item, we offer free returns and free shipping on any exchanges you make.

All orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the next working day and delivered within 1 working day.

 

Weekends & Bank Holidays impact these times:

 

If you ordered at 4pm on Monday, you can expect your order to arrive on Wednesday.

If you ordered at 6pm on Monday, you can expect your order to arrive on Thursday.

If you ordered on Saturday, you can expect your order to arrive on Wednesday.
